Our app allows users to upload personal photos, which may include faces, in order to generate passport, visa, or ID-compliant images. We do not collect, store, analyze, or share any biometric face data.
Uploaded photos are processed on our servers solely for formatting tasks such as cropping, centering, and background removal. We do not perform any facial recognition or facial feature analysis.
Following processing, uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain them beyond the processing step and do not share them with any third parties, except for secure transmission to PicWish, which we use for background removal.
According to PicWish’s public statement: “When your pictures are processed, the files you upload will be permanently deleted from the website server to ensure your data safety.”
